The project is carried out in partnership with Eug\u00e8ne architectes, FCS, ERPHA, VPEAS, GT2i, Ing\u00e9tec, Equilibre Structure, Studiolo, Atelier G\u00e9o-concept, Euclyd-Eurotop, Casso and Louis Benech landscape architect. The project is driven by the department of Seine-Maritime.
